1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Magnetite (“we”, “us”) from the United Kingdom. By using the site you accept them. Questions: support@magnetite.ai.
2. The website and the free audit
The site describes the Proof Engine service and lets you book a free Proof Audit call. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side: any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, not these terms. Statistics shown on the site come from published industry benchmarks and our own audit work, as labelled; your results depend on your account and market.
3. How the service treats third-party content
The Proof Engine identifies publicly available praise about client products. Nothing is used in advertising without the author's recorded permission through LinkedIn's own approval flow, and authors are never paid for posts. Authors can decline or revoke at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its design, copy and the Magnetite name and logo belong to us. Third-party content referenced in audits belongs to its authors. You may not copy or reuse the site's content commercially without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. General
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
